Well… To start with, it’s been 2 weeks since i joined here. The accommodation is good and so is the food. It was actually better than what i expected it to be. The first 4 months are just an extension of your college life. You’ll have classes, and Plant Visits (labs), On hand training, n many more.. You just have to keep going with the schedule and then u can enjoy it a lot. If u feel bored or take things easy, u’ll really get frustrated.
Though not a replica of corporate life, it teaches u many lessons in life and how careful u should be in an organisation, particularly in INDIA and how well ppl can start digging behind ur back. Of course, the best sort of training for a mechanical engineer to start his career with, and many more lessons to be leant, followed n implemented to make urself a complete man.

Finally what i’d say is DON’T EXPECT ANYTHING n U’LL ENJOY LIFE HERE.
